American Pie grapes
The "American Pie Grape" is a dessert that can be prepared only for a short period of the year. The American grapes is from mid August to mid September and should take this moment to make sweets with this wonderful fruit. With American grapes can be prepared several desserts and cakes. The most popular cake is the "Figasciò" typical of the Lombardy region. The cake recipe is served warm to taste something delicious.
Ingredients

- 300 gr flour 00
- 100 g sugar
- 100g butter
- 200 g milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 600 gr American grapes clean
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Process

I wash very well the grapes and prepare thoroughly dry the berries for the cake I need.

Sieve the flour with the baking powder.

I put the eggs in a bowl the sugar and melted butter cooled down.

Ho fatto anche la torta: facile e buonissima! Anche a Firenze in questo periodo le panetterie e le pasticcerie sfornano in continuazione la schiacciata con l'uva fatta con pasta di pane, zucchero e UVA nera italiana.
