Stuzzichini per aperitivo
These appetizers are prepared to drink quickly. Serve with a good prosecco aperitif or with a non-alcoholic fruit.

- 120 g cream
- 1 whole egg
- tomatoes
- green olives
- olives
Process

I slam the cream with the egg yolk and salt. I put this cream in the center of the cupcakes.

I put some in a central tomato and olives in another 2-3.

Brush with beaten egg white. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
