Torta di mirtilli
The blueberry or cranberry in English is a fruit that is harvested from June to August. The blueberry contains vitamin A and C and in the lower dose vitamin B. Bilberry, especially red, is used in herbal medicine to cure many diseases. The Blueberry cake is a cake with a little sugar and a little butter. It is prepared quickly and is very much appreciated. The blueberry pie can also be prepared with frozen blueberries, but the result is not equal to that with fresh blueberries. Serve with vanilla ice cream and blueberry jam.
Ingredients

- 300 grams flour 00
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 200 grams milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 250 grams blueberries
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Process

I wash the blueberries and put them to dry on a towel.

Sieve the flour with the baking powder.

In a bowl put the eggs, sugar and melted butter to cool.

Towards the dough and cover with remaining blueberries.

Above the blueberries I put plenty of sugar cane.

Bake at 175 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

I leave it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
