Zuccotto for two
This "two Zuccotto" evokes two lovers who enjoy this cake with lots of love. The zuccotto is a sweet fresh, perfect for summer days. You can replace the sponge cake with biscuits and coffee with Alquermes diluted with water or other liqueurs to taste. The description is very long, do not worry, it's easy to prepare.

- 60 grams potato starch
- 110 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the custard
- 500 grams milk
- 50 grams flour 00
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla - if you like
- For the decoration
- powdered sugar
- coffee for dunkin
Process

Sieve flour, vanilla and salt and add a spoon stirring very gently.
