Biscuits Gelosini
These biscuits used to be called "Biscuits to yogurt." I changed the name of the recipe in "Gelosini" with a capital letter because it had a recipe from the friend of my mother Josephine Jealous. Fifty years ago we met in the winter evenings at home. It was nice to be mothers and daughters to do chores, talk and eat Gelosini. She made these cookies with great care and love. Still remember when I was taught to prepare them with its sweetness. Today I use this recipe just me! In the doses were in the original glass, I calculated the weights to make it less difficult. I still prepare as I was given: dosed with the glass, mix by hand with love. The cookies are delicious and full of Gelosini memories.
