Cake made with chestnut flour
A cake that deserves to be tasted. Every time I prepare is always most welcome. The chestnut flour with the 'addition of apples and create the right consistency makes the cake nice and soft. This recipe, I cook for over thirty years , was given to me by a cousin of Bologna. A touch of sugar and a shower of dark chocolate shavings make the cake idea sfizioza and sought after. It can also serve accompanied by marron glacé.

- 150 grammi chestnut flour
- 150 grammi sugar
- 100 grammi butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 grammi milk
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 2 small apples icing sugar chocolate chips
Process

In a bowl put the butter and sugar, stir vigorously with a fork until a creamy sauce.

I incorporate, one at a time, the egg yolks.

Sieve the flour and the yeast in the dough by spoonfuls into alternating with milk.

Peel apples, cut into thin slices and join in the compound.

Grease a cake pan, into the mixture and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
