Scones with blueberry
Scones are sweet Scottish English and, more specifically, ideal for breakfast and tea. Served with honey, jam or the "Lemon curd" which is a cream made with lemon and butter. You can prepare for natural without raisins or cranberries or chocolate chips. Easy and quick to prepare them I keep in a tin can when I can save someone. You can also prepare savory with vegetables, meats and cheeses. Those blueberries are special!

- 280 gr farina 00
- 190 gr latte intero
- 65 gr burro
- 150 gr mirtilli
- 2 cucchiai di zucchero
- 2 cucchiaini colmi di lievito per dolci
- pizzico sale
- latte per spennellare
