Small chestnut pudding
The pudding is a dessert similar to a mess and can be baked or boiled in water bath. It can be served as dessert or as a side dish to meat dishes. The original recipe requires to serve the pudding warm with cream of chestnuts. Since the summer I wanted tamperature still taste the ice cream. Very good! With the cream will prove it when cold. The small chestnut pudding can be made throughout the year.

- 100g dried raisins
- 50 g chestnut flour
- 50 g sugar
- 6 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- brown sugar
- creme caramel
- ice cream
Process

I put the bread in milk, leave it for a few minutes and squeeze gently.
