Summery rice with saffron
The variation is to replace the dried beef with ham and put in the cooking of rice, saffron. It's hot and you have to think of the cold dishes. This rice is a very delicate, with a few ingredients and a good result. For adults and children is delicious for a cold buffet. In the rice or pasta salads cold cuts are cut from the pork into slices and then chop them so they are better distributed nellimpasto.

- 80 g sliced ham
- tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- green and black olives, pitted
- extra virgin olive oil
- parsley
- 1 sachet of saffron
