Meatloaf with vegetables
It 'hard to decide what to do for lunch when you have 10 guests. That's solved the Sunday menu, do not hide, I prepared a few hours. The first carbonara and a second as a loaf with grilled vegetables and potato salad and parsley. Briskly and safely managed. As you understand it's a dish that pleases everyone and is suitable to solve the problem with many of the lunch guests. Do not wait to try it too!
Ingredients (6 persone)

- 800 g minced veal or pork
- 100 gr grated Parmesan cheese
- 100g ricotta cheese
- 50 g bread
- 2 medium eggs whole

- For the filling
- 200 g spinach
- 100 g cooked ham

Pass the spinach in a pan with a little 'oil and salt for 2-3' and then mince them with a knife.
