Pancake
Typical dish of breakfast overseas is a kind of cracks but much thicker and more rubbery. The traditional recipe involves the use of butter, flour, milk, sugar and eggs. They are eaten with maple syrup, honey and all kinds of toppings that you find in stores but can also be savory. - 375 g flour 00
- 300 g milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
