Biove bread
The bread is a soft bread inside biovar and crumbly outside. In other regions it is called biovar or valance. And 'one of the first types of bread that I made and even if it seems difficult the preparation is not at all. I also recommend you to try.

- 280 gr. water
- 20 gr. yeast in cube
- 20 g or 20 g lard. extra virgin olive oil
- 5 g malt or 1 tablespoon of honey
